Value Added

Throughout these years, we have found that this type of work is very suitable for people with disabilities, due to it is developed in an assembly line in which manual skill is predominantly.

In Kepar 2, we do not only perform the mounting of simple boards, but incorporate high technology in design and manufacturing, allowing us to compete in a sector in which a small value addition make big differences in the implementation of projects.

Facilities & Resources

We combine high technology with manual labor for manufacturing and electronic assembly.

Our production system include visual aids,by using monitors, which facilitate tasks and break the communication barriers that may exist, and transmitting mounting orders via TV camera, subjecting the process to rigorous quality controls.

Special Employment Center Kepar 2: THE BEGINNING

The Special Employment Center Kepar 2 came as a result of a proposal from the Association of Parents of Deaf Children (Aspansor), and materialized through its Foundation for the Development of the Deaf (Fundes), created to differentiate the business of the association itself.

Thus, in 1998, Fundes and the company Kepar Electronics SA agreed the creation of the Special Employment Center Kepar Electronics 2 SL.

Nowadays, Kepar 2 employs 31 people with some kind of disability
